At Bayse Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
